When accessing the AhsayCBS web console by going to System Errors (Monitoring > Dashboard > System Errors), the following entries were found:
- Failed login attempt from IP address "%IP address%"
- [GetIndexXml.execute] Invalid login name ‘%backupuser%’ [Exception] [GetIndexXml.execute] Invalid login name ‘%backupuser%’
To resolve this issue:
- Manually uninstall the AhsayOBM / AhsayACB client application from the affected client machine.
- Alternatively, you can block the IP address of the client machine on the AhsayCBS server to prevent it from sending login requests.
- Afterwards, restart the AhsayCBS service and monitor whether the system errors continue to appear every 15 minutes.
- To identify the IP address of the client machine, check the 'obs_access' log to locate the backup user. This can be found from the default path of AhsayOBM / AhsayACB, then logs.
