When accessing the AhsayCBS web console by going to System Errors (Monitoring > Dashboard > System Errors), the following entries were found:

  • Failed login attempt from IP address "%IP address%"
  • [GetIndexXml.execute] Invalid login name ‘%backupuser%’ [Exception] [GetIndexXml.execute] Invalid login name ‘%backupuser%’

To resolve this issue:

  1. Manually uninstall the AhsayOBM / AhsayACB client application from the affected client machine.
    • Alternatively, you can block the IP address of the client machine on the AhsayCBS server to prevent it from sending login requests.
  2. Afterwards, restart the AhsayCBS service and monitor whether the system errors continue to appear every 15 minutes.
  3. To identify the IP address of the client machine, check the 'obs_access' log to locate the backup user. This can be found from the default path of AhsayOBM / AhsayACB, then logs.
