Cannot login to AhsayCBS web management console (License Failure)

Please use the following steps if you Cannot login to AhsayCBS web management console (License Failure).

1. Go to C:\Program Files\AhsayCBS\conf
2. Open the license.xml file with a web browser.
   Note: If an error message appears or if it is blank, the file is corrupted.
3. Move the corrupted license.xml file out of the conf folder.
4. Recover a previous version by renaming the license.xml.1 file to license.xml.
5. Open the Services application.
6. Restart the AhsayCBS service.
7. Relaunch the AhsayCBS web management console.
